NullID public guide
Prepare sensitive material before sharing
Safe Share is a guided workflow for preparing sensitive text or files. It helps you review what will be shared, what was transformed, and what still needs manual judgment.
What it does
Safe Share can classify text, apply sanitize policies, analyze file metadata, prepare local metadata cleanup when supported, build receiver-facing workflow packages, include SHA-256 package metadata, and optionally wrap exports in NULLID:ENC:2.
How to use it
- Choose text or file mode.
- Pick a workflow preset and optional policy pack.
- Review sanitize findings, metadata signals, filename/path warnings, and package summary.
- Decide whether to include a source reference, cleaned file, or original payload when the preset allows it.
- Export the package, optionally encrypted with a passphrase.
What it does not do
- It does not guarantee a file is safe.
- It does not prove sender identity.
- It does not replace legal, security, or incident-command review.
- Unsupported file formats may require external offline cleanup.
